Cristine Neibauer, 62, Bismarck, passed away Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at a local hospital. Memorial Services will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at DaWise-Perry/Mandan Crematory, 4211 Old Red Trail, Mandan. Family and friends will gather one hour prior to the service.
