Elizabeth Licha Obituary
Elizabeth (Betsy) A. Licha passed away Feb. 14, 2019, due to complications from surgery. She was surrounded by people who loved her.
A celebration of Betsy's life will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 6, at the Antioch Center, 802 Boundary Rd. NW, Mandan.
She has requested that memorial donations be made to the Alms Fund of the Antioch Center rather than flowers or cards.
