Frances "Fran" Boehm, 88, passed away March 8, 2026 at Missouri Slope Lutheran Care Center on Washington. A funeral service will be held 1:00 PM Thursday, March 12th at First Lutheran Church in Mandan with a luncheon to follow. Burial will be at 3:00 PM Thursday at the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery.
