BISMARCK - Gary Irwin Anderson, 87, passed away on May 30, 2022, after a long battle with heart disease. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 6, 2022, at Parkway Funeral Service, 2330 Tyler Parkway, Bismarck.

I´m so sorry to read of Gary´s passing. I was just thinking of him tonight and saw this announcement online. My condolences to his children and Liz. May he Rest In Peace.

I only knew Gary a short time but I found him to be a very patient and kind person. Our conversations were limited but when I could get him to smile or chuckle, it made my day.
Gary was very determined and strong, I admired that about him, even though it meant I might have to work a little harder if we didn't necessarily have the same idea.
I had the opportunity to meet his son, Jared, and Gary did a wonderful job of raising a very fine man. I'm quite sure that his daughter is also a testament of the upbringing a loving and caring father.
I was very fortunate to meet Gary and will treasure the experience I had while working together. He will be missed.
