Jameson Paul Masseth was born July 6, 1988, in Bismarck, where he lived all his life. He is the third child of Daniel and Claudia (Tschosik) Masseth. He graduated from high school in 2005. Jameson enjoyed spending time with family, playing ping-pong and basketball, and traveling with dad. He taught himself to play guitar and piano.
Jameson was a gentle spirit and was excited to join in the activities of those around him. He showed genuine enthusiasm for the work and interests of his parents. He loved his family and was comfortable saying I love you often. He died on March 19, 2013, the feast of St. Joseph.
Jameson is survived by his parents, Dan and Claudia Masseth; his brother, Dustin Masseth; his sister, Danielle (Masseth) and Steven Duppong; his grandparents, Alvin and Theresa Tschosik, and Mary Masseth; his nephews and niece, Levi, Eve, Simon and Joshua Duppong; and many beloved aunts, uncles and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his Grandpa George Masseth; and his cousins, Mary Masseth, Kenyon Traver and Vida Tschosik and Brandon Tschosik.
We would choose to have Jameson back if that were our choice to make; we will always miss his smile, his humor, his love. We are finding some peace that Jameson isn't hurting anymore. He struggled so much in this life to do the right thing. We know he is happy to be reunited with Grandpa George who he loved very much. We know he is free from hurt and pain. Jameson, we miss you.
