Jeffrey Luer, 70, Star Valley Ranch, Wyo., passed away May 30, 2025. Graveside service will be held at 11 a.m., Wed., June 11, 2025 at Highland Home Cemetery, Jamestown, N.D. Eddy Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Jeffrey is a first cousin, growing up we hung out together in Jamestown, ND. Jeff was more than just a good guy, he was fun to be around. So many fond memories and as we grew up families moved different directions and of course we lost contact. This was a surprise to hear, prayers to his family and may Jeffrey rest in peace. Just sad news.
