Kandace was born August 1 1965 in Bismarck ND and passed away November 29 due to COVID-19 complications. Kandace was preceded in death by her mother Judy Long and her father Harvey Kitzan, her husband Brad MClaughlin. Kandace is survived by her brothers Kevin Selby, Bismarck ND, Brent Kitzan Jamestown ND, three children all who live in Colorado, her aunt Paulette, Bismarck ND as well as her special friend (Bitsy). Funeral arrangements are being made at Dawise -- Perry Funeral home Mandan ND.

We will miss you and all the laughs, tears, and everything we experienced together. I am very thankful that we were able to have one last conversation while you waited for a room. Don't worry about Bitzy we are taking very good care of her and she is enjoying herself and keeping Earle company while he recovers. She's also protecting him from anyone that comes into the bedroom by jumping on his chest and barking at them. Rest in peace my friend.
