Raphael Seewalker Obituary
FORT YATES - Services for Raphael E. Seewalker Sr., 78, Fort Yates, a retired BIA roads foreman, will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, May 20, at St. Luke's Episcopal Church, Fort Yates. Burial services will follow at 1 p.m. at North Dakota Veterans Cemetery, Mandan.
Meet at the rodeo grounds at 5:15 p.m. Monday to process to the church for wake services beginning at 7 p.m.
Raphael entered the spirit world May 13, 2014, in Bismarck.
Raphael is survived by his children, Roland E. Seewalker, Fort Yates, Arlene (Robert) Cordova, Cannon Ball, Raphael O. Seewalker Jr., McLaughlin, S.D., and John (Shannon) Seewalker, Fort Yates. Also surviving is a sister, Theresa (Richard) Maldonado, Carson City, Nev.; a half-brother, George Seewalker Jr., Minnesota; along with numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
