BISMARCK - Stuart M. Libby, 81, Bismarck, passed away, November 10, 2025 at his home.
A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, November 17 at Parkway Funeral Service, 2330 Tyler Pkwy, Bismarck. Burial will be held 3 p.m. Monday at the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery, south of Mandan.
Visitation will be held from 2 to 3 p.m. Sunday at Parkway Funeral Service, Bismarck. A prayer service will be held at 3 p.m., Sunday. Visitation will continue one hour prior to services.
