Terri Fleck Obituary

Terri P. Fleck, 48, Minneapolis, passed away June 10, 2002, at her home. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church, Third Street and Divide Avenue, Bismarck, with the Rev. Steve Wisthoff officiating.

She was born June 13, 1953, in Mandan, to Edward and Mary (Henley) Hayes. She graduated from Bismarck High School in 1971, attended Mary College for two years and was employed by SuperValu, Inc. She married Richard Fleck, her soul mate, on May 28, 1998.

Terry loved life and lived each day to her fullest. She traveled the world and had a thousand adventures. She touched so many lives in her own unique, loving and special way. She loved to travel and her home was filled with many photos -- a testament to her zest for life and many memories she helped create and share with those she loved.

She opened her heart and life to many people along her journey. Although some visits were brief, she managed to fill each minute of every hour with joy and laughter. Quality of life was of the utmost importance to her. We are all so blessed to have been touched by her presence in our lives. Her bubbly, intelligent, caring spirit and smile will be missed by all who knew her -- always!

Terri is survived by her husband and soul mate, Richard Fleck; two stepchildren, Chelsie and Richard Jr.; her mother, Mary Hayes, Bismarck; one sister, Pat (Ron) Weishaar, Mandan; her mother-in-law, Irma Keklick, Bismarck; her father-in-law, Ted (Joan) Fleck, Missoula, Mont.; one sister-in-law, Doreen (Wayne) Burdick, Valley City; and four brothers-in-law, Elroy (Cheryl), San Antonio, Texas, Teddy (Bonnie), Springfield, Mo., David (Kathy), Oklahoma, and Shawn (Tammy), Ada, Okla.

She was preceded in death by her father; and her grandparents, James L. Hayes, Gladys Schnobrick, and Ethel and Earl Henley. (Cremation Society of Minnesota)
