Cassie Johnson Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Cassie Lerlene Johnson, a beloved mother, daughter, sister, and life partner. Cassie, born on May 26, 1989, in Grove, Oklahoma, tragically left us on Monday, April 1, 2024, in an accident. She was a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse at CMH in Bolivar, where she touched the lives of many patients and colleagues. She was able to help five others through her death by being an organ donor.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Lawrence and Jean McClain; paternal grandparents, Jimmie Johnson, Sr. and Era Johnson; aunt Janie Loffer; and an uncle Jeffery Johnson.
Cassie's memory will forever be cherished by her father Jimmie Johnson, Jr. and mother Carol Johnson; her sons Brandon Johnson and his wife Destiny, Trenton, Kentucky, and Dominic; her daughters, Savannah and Keira; granddaughter Nova; her life partner Michael Crumly; sister
Teri Courtois and husband Kasey and nephews Kayden and Riley; as well as many other relatives and friends in Missouri, Oklahoma, Texas, and Florida.
She leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and selflessness that will be carried on by those who had the privilege of knowing her. Cassie's dedication to her family and her profession was unparalleled, and her absence will be deeply felt by all who had the pleasure of her company.
A celebration of life in honor of Cassie Lerlene Johnson will take place at Pitts Chapel Saturday, April 13, at 2 p.m., with Pastor Gary Ankrom officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the Children's Miracle Network. Online condolences may be made at greenlawnfuneralhome.com. Arrangements have been entrusted to Pitts Chapel, Bolivar. May her gentle soul rest in eternal peace.
