Lowell Corbin Obituary
Bud Corbin, age 95, of Willard, died Monday, Nov. 10, 2025, at The Neighborhoods at Quail Creek. He was born Feb. 3, 1930, in Bois D'Arc, Missouri. The son of Oliver and Itilla Corbin.
He married Celestine Sally Vodicka on June 4, 1960.
Preceding him in death were his wife, Sally Corbin; five sisters, Wilma Carpenter, Verla Snider, Frances Williams, Florence Blanton, and Hannah Mullings; and two brothers, Richard and Roland Corbin.
He is survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 18, at Herman H. Lohmeyer Funeral Home in Springfield. A rosary service will follow from 6:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. The funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 19, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Springfield. Burial with full military honors will be at St. Wenceslaus Cemetery in Bolivar.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church Food Pantry.
