Paula Lou Stuck

Paula Lou Hesterberg Stuck passed away on September 23, 2013 at age 60. Paula graduated from Van Horn High School in 1971 and earned her Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Missouri, Columbia in 1975 and a Master of Education in 1977. She began teaching in the Boonville school district in 1975 where she taught for 32 years. Paula was married to Mike Stuck on May 23, 1976 in Boonville where they resided until 2007. After retiring Paula moved to Lake Ozark, MO with her husband. She continued to be very active in Beta Sigma Phi, Old Timers New Comers and many other social organizations.
Paula is preceded in death by her mother, Mary Hesterberg and nephew Timothy Ridpath. She is survived by her husband of 37 years Mike Stuck of Lake Ozark, MO; her daughters Amy Armstrong and husband Billy of Dallas, TX and Abby Stuck of Boonville, MO; grandson Caleb Armstrong of Dallas, TX; her father Gene Hesterberg of Blue Springs, MO; sisters Twila Fleming and Tammy Hesterberg both of Blue Springs, MO; niece Nicole Ball and husband Chuck of Blue Springs, MO; nephew Eric Hesterberg and wife Elishia of Pleasant Hill, MO.
Arrangements are being managed through Thacher-Wood Funeral Home in Boonville, MO. Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 26, 2013 from 5:30-7:30 pm at Nelson Memorial United Methodist Church in Boonville, MO. Funeral services will be held Friday, September 27, 2013 at 11:00 am at Nelson Memorial United Methodist Church in Boonville, MO with internment following at Walnut Grove Cemetery in Boonville, MO. A celebration of life luncheon will be held at Nelson Memorial United Methodist Church following internment.
