Danny Bell Obituary
Danny Ray Bell BIRTH October 29th, 1953 DEATH July 25th, 2024
Danny Ray Bell, age 71, was born to Adron Earl Bell and Francis Ruth Bell (Farmer) in Borger, TX. He was a lifelong resident. Danny attended school there until he graduated in 1972. He then obtained a degree in Commercial Electronics at Amarillo College. Danny spent 25 years as an operator at Phillips and then 12 years as an Instrument Technician at USIC before retiring. He married Klonda Kae Tabor on April 1st, 1977 and they welcomed a daughter, Daisha Kae on March 3rd, 1980. They had a wonderful marriage and he claimed that they never had a fight. Danny was a keeper of things and a tinkerer, just like his dad. He built a radio when he was in college and it still works today, he was proud of that. Danny loved his motorcycles. He got his first Harley in 1967 and always had one or more during his life. He loved music, especially the blues. He attended many concerts all over the country. Stevie Ray Vaughn, Bobby Whitlock, John Prine, Merle Haggard, Delbert McClinton, David Alan Coe and Kid Rock, just to name a few, were some of his favorites. He had recently attended a festival and saw Buddy Guy only a few weeks after getting another stint put in. He loved to reminisce and told many great stories of the places he had gone and the musicians he had heard. Danny's personality was easy going and he could crack a joke, with a straight face, that you never saw coming. He loved animals, like his mother, and always had one or more in his home. Receiving him in Heaven are his father, mother, wife, daughter, 4 brothers, 3 sisters and many other family and friends. Still left on this earth to celebrate his life and all of the wonderful memories we have with him are his sister Patsy Martz and numerous nieces and nephews. His longtime partner and friend Vickie Brewer, his furry buddy Quito, stepdaughter Jaylynn Brewer Lynch (Clint), granddaughters Brenlee, Haylee, and Lynnlee with a great grandbaby on the way. A Life Celebration will be held at Wizzard's in Borger, TX on August 3rd, 2024 at 6 pm. Family and friends will gather to share memories and say goodbye to this wonderful soul.
