Mark Lilley Obituary
He has lived in Borger his whole life and was a member of Celebration Family Church and Gather Church. Mark proudly served his country during the Vietnam War in the U.S. Navy and worked as a Stillman for Phillips 66 for 35 years. He married Beverly Stetson August 18, 1973, at Calvary Baptist Church in Borger. He loved reading, Christmas with Beverly as she always puts out the Nativity Scene, knowing Jesus and following Him, collecting Hot Wheels Cars, Coins and Sports Cards. He enjoyed getting $2 bills from the bank and handing them out. His favorite job was working at Allsups on Florida where he got to see a whole lot of new and old friends. Mark was best known as the Jokester and what better day to go to Heaven than on April Fools Day.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Mark is survived by his wife of 51 years Beverly, his two sons Stephen Lilley and his wife Candace of Borger and Gary Lilley and his wife Jessi of Kingston, OK, his daughter Jami Wright and her husband Jason of Borger, his grandchildren Austin, Anthony (Joure), Jordon (Katy), Tucker (Edie), Jasmine (Aspen), Kayli (Wes), Kenzie (Levi), Tanner, Ty (Kayla), Carli, Chloe, Kelby, Paisley and Roman, his great-grandchildren Allison, Olliver, Miloh and Asher, his three brothers Bruce Lilley and his wife Kay of Shawnee, OK, Joe Lilley of Calera, OK and Monte Lilley and his wife Becky of Sunray, his two sisters Teresa Mounts and her husband Alan of Borger and Denise Hicks of Cartwright, OK, his extended family Jennifer and Larry Cox and Kandi and Bron Bohlar and his "Husband-in-Law" Jim Pinkston, many cousins, nephews and nieces.
Pallbearers will be Jason Wright, Travis Tate, Austin Spickes, Anthony Lilley, Jordon Lilley, Tucker Lilley, Ty Lilley, Tanner Evans, Larry Cox, Bron Bohlar and Wesley White.
Honorary bearers will be Roman Lilley, Olliver Lilley, Miloh Lilley and Asher Wagner.
