Aaron was a dear friend who called me every week without fail since our meeting in 1969. Aaron would come in to do his banking, and I was the assistant who helped him keep his affairs in order. Aaron always amazed me with how accurate he was with his number.
Aaron was a guest in my home many, many times over the years, and he became well know to family and friends. Aaron was a kind and considerate man who never failed to ask me about my children and my friends and their families. I will miss his phone calls.

Aaron Cohen came into our lives through a friendship he had with my sister, while she had worked in a bank back in the 1960's. Over the course of 30 years he visited with my growing family and they regarded him as a family friend. If I would discribe Aaron I would say "Mensch". There was never a time that he did not bring something with him when he came to visit for the children. He was a kind and loving man,who always remembered my birthday, and I his.God please take care of this kind man. With Respect and Love, The Sturman Family

Aaron Cohen met my mother Paula in 1968, when he came into the bank that she worked at. His endearing nature and unique personality captured the hearts of all who met him and he quickly became an annual dinner guest in our home. I remember as a little girl listening to Aaron play his harmonica, only pausing to share a thought or story with us. As the years passed Aaron was no longer able to make the trip over to our house, but he never failed to call us and send his blessings. His kindness will never be forgotten. Every year I use the prayer he recited for me when I light our menorah. The news of his unexpected passing has pulled on the the heart strings of all my friends and family. Aaron will always bring a smile to our faces, even in remembrance.
In loving memory,
Rachel and Drew Berndlmaier
