A Hopi Prayer

Do not stand at my grave and weep
I am not there. I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow.
I am the diamond glints on snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened grain.
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet white doves in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry;
I am not there,I did not die.

He will always be with you.

Sheila and Chuck,

I wrote another note but somehow it did not appear.

I am so so sorry about Adam. I cannot imagine how you are feeling but know that you both are two very strong individuals. I am blessed to have seen Adam this last Christmas Eve and watch him grow through the years to the fine young handsome man he was. I know that you have a very loving and close family and I pray this will help get you through these trying times.

I regret that I will not be there for Adams ceremony as I am traveling. I send hope, peace and most of all love to you all.

Tilton Family,
Mr and Mrs Tilton, I just found Adam on facebook just like you asked me to, to watch the video of his stand up comedy which I know you are very proud of. I was wondering why I haven't heard from him since Friday, I was reading the Herald today and read the horrible news. Mr and Mrs Tilton and Laura, I can't imagine what you are feeling right now but all i can say is that I send my deepest sympathy to you all.

What a beautiful young man! It is true, one smile can make your day. Adam made many people happy just to see that smile.
My love to his wonderful parents and beautiful sister.

I am very sad to hear about Adam. He was one of my earliest friends. Even though we hadn't seen each other in quite some time, the memories of my younger years with Adam and the whole Tilton family are some of my best and most vivid memories of growing up. Based on the comments of others in this guest book, it is apparent that he continued to be a joy to all those around him. I am not surprised. My thoughts and prayers are with him and his family.

Laura, i wanted to send you a special note. I know how close you were to Adam growing up and I imagine this is going to be very difficult for you. I hope that you can gather joy from all those good times. You were always such a wonderful sister. I recall one special time when you went to Ireland together, and how excited you both were that you had done that trip. I choose to remember Adam that day. My heart goes out to you. With love.

I had a part in hiring Adam to work at the LTK restaurant back in 2006 and I cannot begin to explain the amount of fun, laughs, and integrity Adam portrayed. I loved having him in the restaurant and I loved knowing that whatever happend on a shift, Adam would always be there to smile or make us all laugh at the end of the night. I hadn't seen Adam since Fall of 2007 but I can still remember his laugh and will always remember his charm. Laura, I've never officially met you, but I do have some memories of Adam making sure the host stand and the back of the house chefs knew "his sister" was coming in the restaurant and it was always a big deal because he wanted to make you happy.

God Bless your family in this time of loss. Have faith that when the sun shines, its Adams smile and when the wind blows its Adams grace embracing.
God Bless - Andrea
