Alan was my doctor and friend for 30 years. He cared for my grandmother, miter and father and my children. He was a caring and wonderful support to me when my father died. He also helped me get through my mother’s lingering death. No words can express my gratitude for him.

I had the privilege of working with Alan for two years, while in Medford. He was my colleague and mentor. He had a large heart,full of compassion towards his patients. He was always caring and generous with his time. I am truly grateful to have worked with him for two years. My condolences to Rosaline and Family.

I had the honor of working with Alan for several years. He was more than an exceptional physician, he was a good man and a good friend. I am so grateful for everything I learned from him. My heart goes out to his wonderful family who were the center of his universe. The world is definitely a better place for having had Alan Barron in it.

Im so saddened by this news. Dr. Barton was our family doctor for 4 generations. He was an amazing person and friend. May he Rest In Peace. He was the greatest Doctor and will be truly missed. Im so so sorry.

Roz and family,
Alan was like a father to me. He took me under his wing at MAMA 20 years ago and taught me so many things. I am so sorry for you loss and am praying for your family. Roz thank you and Alan for always being there for me. He was always thinking about his family, He was caring to his patients and he was an amazing friend and person.

Dear Barron Family, As a parent of a Schecter/Gann student in Shelly's year, I would like to offer my condolences on the passing of Alan. Roz and Alan always welcomed Shelly's friends and were very generous in hosting what often turned out to be a large gathering. It was a wonderful group of kids. I did a lot of drop offs at their lovely home and it was always joyful, a hub of activity, which they obviously enjoyed.

Roz and family I am shocked to hear of Alan's passing..He has been on my mind forever but I knew e wasn't feel we'll. I will never forget him he and I had a special friendship at the mt auburn office.. Iimiss ourl little get togethers (parties at Donahues). May he rest in peace and may his memories bring you comfort.

Alan was an absolutely beautiful human being. A most loving father and husband, he exuded a warmth beyond all measure. I will never forget how he would tend to his father's daily needs while he was in a rehab facility. A sharper mind nor sharper wit did not exist. While our paths did not cross too often in the last few years it was not a reflection of my fondness and love.
