ALBERT D. FLIGHT

Flight, Albert, D. Age 79, of Wilmington, passed on peacefully at home on December 24, 2013, surrounded by his wife and family. Albert was the beloved husband of Florence J. (Garrett) Flight, devoted father of Mark Flight and his wife Therese of Billerica and David Flight of Hudson, NH, loving "Grampie" of Christopher, Phillip, Olivia, and Ciara, cherished son of the late Albert and Elsie (Bennett) Flight. Albert is also survived by many dear friends and fellow Masons. Family and friends will gather for visiting hours at the Nichols Funeral Home, Inc., 187 Middlesex Ave. (Rte. 62), Wilmington, on Saturday, December 28th from 4-8 p.m. A Memorial Service will take place on Saturday, January 4th at 11:00 a.m. in St. Anne's Episcopal Church, 14 Treble Cove Road, North Billerica, MA. In lieu of flowers donations in Albert's name may be made to the Aleppo Shriner's Transportation Fund, 99 Fordham Road, Wilmington, MA 01887. Albert served in the U.S. Marines and Army National Guard during the Korean War, Past Potentate of the Shriner's Organization, and a retired High School Teacher after 35 years of dedicated service to the city of Waltham.
