McFarland Jr. and his wife Anne of Melrose, and Dawn M. Walsh and her husband Michael of West Roxbury. Devoted grandfather of Alyssa, Audrey, and Annie McFarland and Gwendolyn Walsh. Brother of Kay Ramsey of FL, John McFarland Jr. of Mansfield, William McFarland of Weymouth and the late Gerard McFarland. Funeral from the William J. Gormley Funeral Home 2055 Centre St., WEST ROXBURY, Tuesday, Dec. 30 at 9am. followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Theresa Church at 10 o'clock. Visiting hours Monday 4-8 pm. Relatives and friends invited. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery. Late manager U.S. Postal Service, retired and U.S. Army Veteran, Korean War.
