ANGELA M. INSERRA

INSERRA, Angela M. Formerly of Winchester and Woburn, died June 28, 2016, in Bethesda, MD. Mrs. Inserra moved to Maryland five years ago to be nearer her children. She was predeceased by her husband of 44 years, Dr. Frank Inserra, formerly a Medford city physician. They met before World War II at a Connecticut hospital where she was a registered nurse. Mrs. Inserra was active in hospital charity work. She was also an avid golfer, bridge player, and in later years, a prize-winning photographer. Mrs. Inserra leaves three children, Donna Worsham of Chevy Chase, MD, Lisa Inserra of Carrboro, NC, and Frank Inserra of Rockville, MD; four grandchildren, Dr. Christopher Worsham of Brookline, MA, Alexander Worsham of New York City, Pamela Inserra of Clarendon, VA, and Elizabeth Inserra of Denver, CO; and one brother, James Coppola, of Florida. Interment will be Thursday, July 7, at 12:30 p.m. at Wildwood Cemetery, Winchester. A reception will follow at Woburn Country Club at 1:30 p.m.
