Anne was a wonderfully elegant woman with a smile and a laugh that said so much to you. She always asked questions of you and you loved her back. Knowing Anne for 65 years made me smile each time her sweetness passed my mind. Everyone was happy to meet her and no one will forget her.

I am very saddened by the news of the death of my friend Anne. I have known Anne and her late husband Frank for over 40 years. I have always told her that I thought that she was the prettiest woman in Marblehead. Anne lived her life with quiet dignity and grace. I never saw her without her trademark smile, a smile that came easy to her face. I want her family to know that I care, Anne was quite a gal!
