MARANIAN, Arthur A. Sr. Of Belmont, formerly of Lexington, May 22, 2014. Former owner and President of Maran Printing, Arlington, MA. Veteran, U.S. Marines. Loving son of the late Aram and Alice Maranian. Beloved husband of the late Helen Maranian. Devoted father of Arthur Maranian Jr. and his wife Karen and Linda Mitchell and her husband Ken. Also survived by 4 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Brother of Aram, Jack, Lucy Balian, Dorothy Parsikian and the late Leo, George, Michael and Ann Haroutunian. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Arthur is also survived by his loving companion and friend Nadia Karnik. Funeral service at Holy Trinity Armenian Church, 145 Brattle Street, Cambridge on Wednesday, May 28 at 11:00 a.m. Visiting hours at the Aram Bedrosian Funeral Home, 558 Mount Auburn Street, WATERTOWN, on Tuesday from 4 - 8 p.m. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Memorial gifts may be made to The Quimby Center For Geriatric Care at Mount Auburn Hospital, 300 Mount Auburn Street Suite 517, Cambridge, MA 02138, Attention John R. Anderson M.D. Interment at Lincoln Cemetery, Lincoln, MA.

We are saddened to hear of Mr. Maranian's passing, but keep the wonderful memories of him and all he meant to us. He was monumental in his accomplishments, and possessed a kind and charitable heart, always willing to help others. The world will miss him.

My Dear Friend Nadia,
Was very saddened by Arthur's passing. You were the light of his life. I remember the first time I met him, he was telling me how you met, he was beaming... You could see all the love he had for you in his eyes. You were a loving, and supportive companion to him, all these years. You certainly has no regrets.
