Dr. Arthur J. Pallotta

Son of the late Arthur and Alma Pallotta of Medford and Scituate, passed away suddenly on May 30, 2007 in Ashburn, VA. He graduated from St. Joseph's School in Medford, Malden Catholic and Georgetown University where he also received his doctorate in Pharmacology and Toxicology. Arthur was a scientist and worked in cancer research at his lab, Bionetics, Inc. He married Mary Ida (Jameson) of LaPlata, Maryland and resided in Falls Church, VA for many years. He leaves his seven children; Debbie Miller, Jamie Miller, Karen Bernstein, A.J. Pallotta, Pamela Smariga, Tommy Pallotta and Peggy Fauteux. He also was the loving grandfather of 23 and great grandfather of 17, plus many nieces and nephews. Services were conducted at Our Lady of Good Council Church, Vienna, VA on Sat., June 2, 2007, the day before his 80th birthday. He haves his sister, Lorraine P. Quinn of Scituate, his brother, Anthony D. Pallotta of Arlington and Scituate and his sister, Alma G. Apicella of Salem, Ohio and Scituate, MA. He was also the brother of the late Joseph G. Pallotta of Medford and Scituate, MA.
