I didn't know Barbara either, but I was also impressed with the kind, thoughtful and playful words of her obit. She sounded like a fun person with a loving family. My thoughts are with you at this difficult time.

Barbara was a friend and a neighbor in Wellfleet. She would often pull her Subaru over to the side of West Main Street if she saw me working in my yard, and we would spend a few minutes "catching up". She was an inspiration for me, and I will truly miss her .
My thoughts are with her family at this time.

I did not have the privilege of knowing this fine woman, but I wanted her family to know how much her obit moved me. I loved reading all the great words that described B. I also try very hard to be positive, vibrant and loving. She sounds like the kind of woman that not only I could have learned from, but who would be a great friend. What a loss for your family. Take her spirit of life and keep her attitude going!!!

Barbara brightened up the exercise class at Arl. seniors. I saw Wellfleet through her eyes and wanted to keep sharing it this summer. She had a rare sparkle and is missed.
