FORMAN, Barbara (Kaplan) Of Dedham, formerly of Chestnut Hill, on Wednesday, June 5, 2013. For 66 years, she was the dearly beloved wife, best friend and companion of the late Alfred Forman. Loving mother of Nancy Skolnick of Wayland and her companion Robert Goren of Framingham, Paula & Milt Lewis of Sun Lakes, AZ and Ed Forman & Jan Swanberg of San Francisco, CA. Cherished grandmother of Debbie & Bryan Dank, Jody & Kenny Barnet, Michele & Matt Sucec, Leslie Forman and Ben Forman and great grandmother of Tyler, Maya, Jesse, Katie and Ally. Dear sister of the late George Kaplan. The family would like to extend their thanks to the many caregivers that provided compassionate care to Barbara. Services at the Levine Chapels, 470 Harvard St., BROOKLINE on Friday, June 7 at 11:00am. Burial will be private. Memorial observance will be at the Health Care Center Great Room at Newbridge on the Charles, 7000 Great Meadow Rd., Dedham from 2pm-4pm.
