I assume this is Louise from Campus Crusade for Christ Myrtle Beach project. I extend my deepest sympathies to you. I just found a letter from you dated in 1991. So much time has passed. Hope you are well. I would love to hear what God has done in and through your life.
God bless,
Ray

My dearest friend Bruce, the most beautiful person I have ever known. Very tall and handsome he radiated so much humbled kindness and peaceful harmony of a loving friend. It was so easy and delightful just to stop by to visit Bruce and Iris at home, where Iris treated us with a cup of delicious tea and Bruce always surprised with good story and his brilliant humor. This friendship gave me the encouragement and support at difficult days made feel that everything will be OK. Bruce was the most giving and kind person. He loved God and was always busy serving people that he cared for. It is God' blessed to know Bruce and will miss him always.

Evie and I are deeply grateful for the friendship, fellowship, and faith of Bruce during our years in Needham. On return visits, we always looked forward to and valued renewing our friendship and catching up. We give thanks for God's grace in his life and pray for God's comfort to Iris and Louise.

Bruce has been like a second Grandfather to me almost my entire life. He had a sharp sense of humor un-like any other and I never laughed harder then when he voiced his concern about the reality stars of this generation ( Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan. His kindness is the only thing that surpassed his humor; I am going to miss him greatly.

Your Dad will be so missed by many, but most of all, we know, by you and your Mother. We are praying for both of you that you will know, and feel God's loving arms around you, that His peace will guard your hearts even while you grieve, now and in the days ahead. So sorry we are too far away to be there for his memorial service.
