He served as an officer in the U.S. Navy for 7 years. He earned his MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden Graduate School of Business Administration (1987). Jeff enjoyed his work as a management consultant advising business and government leaders on strategy development and implementation, organizational strategy, and issues concerning competitiveness and security.
