I just want to share my condolences on the passing of sweet Carol...I have know Carol since I was six years old. I am now 67. I lived on Greaton Road, West Roxbury. Having been newly adopted into the Hannon family, I became best friends with Mary O'Connor, whose family Carol used to babysit for, and I was always with them. She would takes us all down to "Weld Field" as we called it then. I still have one polaroid of a picture that she took of us and I treasure it with all my heart. We met up again many years later, as adults and remembered those times. She was very special to me because of how kind and sweet she was to me, always. She followed my posts on FaceBook, always with a 'love' comment. She was a wonderful, lovely person and will always be remembered by me with such fondness. I don't know if she ever knew the positive influence her kindness had on me, for my whole life. Rest In Peace Carol, as you lived.
