CATHERINE KILLILEA Obituary

KILLILEA, Catherine A. "Kathleen" Of Dorchester, February 11, succumbed to a 4 year battle with cancer. Kath was the loving daughter of the late Catherine M. (Gavin) & and the late Matthew J. Killilea. Kath was the youngest sister of Jack Killilea and his wife Glo of So. Yarmouth, the late Matthew Francis Killilea and the late Sister Marie Marguerite, C.S.J. (Maureen Killilea). Kath is also survived by a nephew and several nieces and grand nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Gregory's Church, Dorchester, Thurs., Feb 14, at 10 O'clock. Visiting Hours in the Dolan Funeral Home, 1140 Washington Street, DORCHESTER LOWER MILLS, Weds. 3-8 pm. Interment New Calvary Cemetery, Boston. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made, to assist the young people of our community, to Father Joseph J. Baggetta, The Chapel of Hope, 425 Harvard St., Dorchester, MA 02124-2737 or to the Sisters of St. Joseph (Boston), 637 Cambridge St., Boston, MA, 02135-2801.

Kathy god bless you, you are finally at peace after all those years of tough treatments and pain that you never never complained about. I still don't know how you did it,with such strength dignity and endurance. Always the same ,happy not a care in the world response when asked how you were doing. You were a living saint. I am so happy and proud to be your friend all these years. I am sure going to miss you, in our times together.So many great memories. Rest in peace my friend.
