CHILVERS, Cheryl (Baker) Of Weston, formerly of Falmouth. August 7, 2013. Beloved wife of Derek Chilvers. Devoted mother of Justine Chilvers of New York City and Derek Chilvers Jr. of Weston. Loving sister of Robert W. Baker of New London, CT. Daughter of the late Richard C. and Marion Baker. Step-daughter of Elizabeth Baker of Falmouth. Cheryl was a resident of Falmouth until her early 20s, and a graduate of Wheaton College. Cheryl lived in Weston for over 30 years. A visitation will be held at the George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home, 477 Washington St., (Rte. 16), WELLESLEY, Sunday, August 11, from 1-3 pm. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Cheryls memory to the Lahey Hospital and Medical Center, Attn: Philanthropy Department, 41 Mall Road, Burlington, MA 01805. Cheryl and I worked together for many years at New England / Met Life. She was my boss in my early career of 27 years with the Company. Cheryl was extremely intelligent and fair and I admired her greatly. I also considered her a mentor. My sincere condolences to her family.
