I did not know the beautiful Chloe, but her picture in the newspaper stopped me in my tracks. First, she reminded me of my beautiful grandson, whose mother is Bian Jing and whose father is my son Daniel. Second, I have also lost a daughter suddenly. Third, St. Catherine of Genoa is my parish church and that of my parents and grandparents. Your daughter Chloe is in heaven. We know this but our pain of loss is the hardest thing we will ever bare. I send you mt heartfelt support during this terribly difficult time.

Dear Rebecca, Billy and Matthew,
I am so sad to hear of Chloe's death. I know she felt so loved by all of you and so secure in her trust of your care. I think of her tolerance of my exams but with a spunky interaction. She did not express herself with words but she knew how to get her feelings across. She was a sweet but strong little girl- a force to be dealt with. We are a lesser world without her. I am so sorry for your loss. Although i seems like your world is over now, it is not. You must live on for Chloe. Live your lives as you know she would want you to. It is very heartbreaking losing a child, as I have lost my seven month old son 3 months ago. It will be a very hard road. I find that we have to be strong though; Strong for ourselves and strong for our other children. I find peace in knowing that that my son is no longer sick and is whole again and I hope in knowing that Chloe is whole again and no longer sick will bring some healing to your now broken heart. My family and I are sending prayers to you and your family in your difficult time. Fly high Chloe!
