COX, Claire M. (Connors) Of Newton Highlands and Popponesset Beach, August 7, 2014. Beloved wife of the late James V. Cox. Devoted mother of Judy Cox of Newton Highlands, Walter G. Cox and his wife Marcy of Hopkinton, Claire M. Reardon and her husband Michael of Needham, Kelly M. Spinard and her husband John of Medfield, and Susan Dunn of Norwood. Loving grandmother of ten, and great-grandmother of Molly Bolton. Brother of Paul Connors of Framingham, the late Jack Connors, and Mildren J. Donahue. Claire was a late member of Mary Immaculate of Lourdes Women's Guild and Charlemont St. Women's Club. Funeral from the George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home, 1305 Highland Ave. (Exit 19b off 128) NEEDHAM, Monday at 9:30am followed by a Funeral Mass at Mary Immaculate of Lourdes Church, Newton Upper Falls, at 10:30am. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Visiting hours on Sunday from 4-7pm. Interment in St. Mary Cemetery, Needham. Dear Judy and All Cox Family . Our entire family was saddened to learn of your Mom's Death . We were Blessed to have met her 41 years ago when we arrived at Popponesset . She introduced us to incredible 'Kim Path Gang" and that was beginning of our long and delightful friendship . Each of our chn also shared warm memories of Claire and your dad . Billy , used to call him "Big Jim Cox. '' All the Cox family shall be in our hearts and prayers during this time of deep grief .
