My condolences to all who loved and admired Aunt Claudia. My fondest memories of Aunt Claudia include seeing her beatuiful face looking across the table while having a cup of tea trying to overcome my greatest fear that I am not holding with tea cup with the correct finger.
As far as the snow basin, I too remember Stan Brown and a few visits that I was included in to ski. I stayed on the beginners slope and only now understanding why as I had a hole in my heart since birth that was closed in April of 2009 during open heart surgery. Only now can I understand why I was not the athlete that so many of you are.

Aunt Claudia said every move during her long life was always to a better place given the current circumstances.
My best memories are those wonderful ski weekends at Cummington Snow Basin where we shared the loft of the Barn and helped Uncle Tom perfect his rescue toboggan. The years rolled by with many special Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners. I will always remember Aunt Claudia when I work on a jigsaw puzzle. More recently, we shared our fascination with complex choreography and danced Challenge squares together in Needham.
We send our deepest sympathy to our cousins and other family members during this sad time.
