NEWELL, Clifford A. Of Westwood, Jan 5th, at 95 years old. Beloved husband of the late Jane H. (Badger) and dear father of Walter C. Newell of Watertown, Bruce H. Newell of Woburn, Ginger A. Newell-Stokes of S. Deerfield and Wanda J. Carey of Ashland. Loving grandfather of Jennifer (Carey) Frappier and RJ Carey, and great grandfather of Makayla, Jackson, and Madison. Dear brother of Marguerite Harrington of TX and the late Mary Northam. Visiting hours Thursday 3-5 PM at the Folsom Funeral Home, 649 High St., Westwood. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral Friday at 11 am at St. John's Episcopal Church, 95 Deerfield Ave, Westwood followed by interment in the National Cemetery at Bourne at 2:30 pm. Donations in Cliff's memory to the Shriner's Burns Institute, 51 Blossom St., Boston, MA 02114 would be appreciated. For directions, obituary and guest book please visit website.

Wanda, Wally, Bruce and Ginger; my thoughts and prayers are with you. I have many fond memories of your Dad. I remember the colored filter he put on the black and white TV so we could watch shows in color. Painting the garage floor; those lines had to be perfect. Wendy Badger Lewis
