DANIEL CHARBONNET Obituary

CHARBONNET, Daniel D.R. "Dan" Of Westwood. Daniel passed away peacefully on December 14, 2020 at the age of 77. He was the loving son of the late Daniel and Evelyn Charbonnet. Dan was a longtime employee of NSTAR as a power systems engineer and TRC as a consultant. Dan was an avid and distinguished photographer with a special love for nature photography. He was active in a number of local Camera organizations including the Greater Lynn Photographic Association, Massachusetts Camera Naturalists, the New England Camera Club Council (NECCC), of which he was a past President, and, on a national level, the Photographic Society of America (PSA). In recognition of his service, Dan had been awarded the Honors of Honorary Member of PSA and NECCC. Due to the ongoing pandemic, no services are scheduled at this time. Donations in Dan's memory can be made to the World Wildlife Fund; the Animal Rescue League of Boston or Greater Lynn Photographic Association. Dan was a U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran. Holden-Dunn-Lawler

I was sad to see you had passed. I did love you once upon a time. Rest in Peace.

It was such a pleasure to work with Dan in the 6 years that I hosted the Photographic Society of America's Digital Colour and Monochrome exhibitions. Dan was a good boss always there for help when needed, He will be sorely issued not only by PSA but as a friend of many of us.
