Dear Mrs. Welby and family,
We just learned about Mr. Welby and we are so sorry for your loss. He was such a great guy. Sean, Anna-Therese, Grace and Liam will always remember him for his kindness. He truly made us feel welcome as neighbors. We will miss him so much but we hold our last meeting together closely in our hearts.
