Of Lexington, Dec. 7, 2005. Husband of Laura C. (Cochrane). Father of Maureen W. Tobiassen and her husband Thomas of Chelmsford and Daniel J. Welby and his wife Melissa of Milford, CT. Brother of Richard Welby of CA and the late Mary Spellman, William Welby and Thomas Welby. Dan is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Funeral from the Douglass Funeral Home, 51 Worthen Rd., LEXINGTON, Monday, Dec. 12 at 9 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Brigid Church, Lexington at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.
