David- I will miss your wry wit. Your calmness, even as I almost crashed your sailboat into an oncoming vessel. Your strength of mind... who in the world can stop a lifetime habit of smoking in a day. I enjoyed our discussions on real estate, theater, travels, kids and, of course, Sheila's projects.
