I would not be where I am today without Dave and there isn't a moment that goes by in my career that I don't use the great wisdom and tools he bestowed upon me. He was a tremendous businessman, family-man, sports fan, raconteur, and friend. Rest in Peace good sir.

Thank you for giving me a chance 6+ years ago. Your leadership and wisdom have made an unmistakable impression on all that knew you. Even a casual conversation had with you was an opportunity to learn. I will never forget your passion for efficiency and your brilliance and awareness about business and people. You have moved on - but your legacy will carry on. Rest in Peace Dave.

I love you David and was honored to be with you until your last moments. My heart is broken and we can only take comfort knowing the MacDougalls have welcomed you home to the highest of the heavenly Highlands. What you did with your life was God's Work. Fly high my brother and rest in peace.
Your loving sister, Janice
