I worked for Denis at Howmet for several years from 1979 - 1984. He was my first mentor and I'll always remember what great qualities he displayed as both a manager and a person. He was always positive and supportive of my career and I've thought about him many times since he left Howmet.
My condolences to his family.

I worked with him at Howmet for several years and always considered him a gentleman, and a man of his word. He made the world a better place.
