DOLORES "D" JUDGE

Judge, Dolores "D" (Hurley)
82, of Newton, Massachusetts, formerly of Georgetown, Massachusetts and Atkinson, New Hampshire, died Sunday July 28, 2013 at her home after a long illness. She was the widow of Chester H. Judge originally from Cambridge, Massachusetts. Born in Flint, Michigan, Dolores was the daughter of the late Luella and William Hurley of Toledo, Ohio, and sister of the late William Hurley of Toledo, the late Mary Lu Gill of Leesburg, Florida and Carole Kaczmarek of Toledo, Ohio. Dolores worked for United Airlines and moved to Boston in the late 1950's. She continued her career in the travel industry, working for various travel agencies into the late 1990's. She volunteered at the Newton Food Pantry and the Newton Free Library. She loved painting, gardening, entertaining, traveling, skiing and reading. She was the mother of Carolyn Judge and her husband Robert Leaper of Newton, Massachusetts, and Alison Judge residing in Switzerland. She was the devoted and loving grandmother of Andrew and Victoria Leaper and her foster grandson, Eh Eh. She also had numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews who she loved talking and hearing about. She was a wonderful friend to so many.
