DONNA LEA LAVITA TEFFT

TEFFT, Donna Lea LaVita Age 65, of Forestdale, MA, passed into Heaven on Sunday, August 15th, surrounded by her family after a battle with cancer. Donna, born in Everett, MA, is the beloved daughter of Josephine and the late Joseph LaVita. She is survived by her loving husband Steven; daughter Carly; mother Josie; faithful dog, Dunkin; and hundreds of cousins, friends and colleagues.

Donna's creativity carried her from Everett High School to Framingham State University and through Boston University, where she received her master's in marketing. Her eye for inspiration blossomed during her 20-year stint as VP and Director of Marketing at The Pinehills in Plymouth.

Donna always put concern for others ahead of concern for herself. Her spirit has been and always will be bright and beautiful and lives on in everyone who knew her.

Funeral Services will be Thursday, 11:30 AM at Rocco Funeral Home, 331 Main Street, EVERETT, MA. Burial to follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Everett, MA. A Celebration of Donna LaVita Tefft's Life will be held on Cape Cod in mid-September.
