Doris Mitchell changed my life. She hired me out of a dead end job into Digital EEO/Valuing Diversity. She coached me into having a strong voice, understanding 'buy-in' or stake holders, and examining my own biases. She has quite a legacy. At 72 I still use her teaching and I even have a little pension b/c of that job. Go in Peace, Doris. I hope that you had a sweet transition and were welcomed by loved ones.
