The world has lost an amazing woman. Dorothy Gibson (fondly known as Nan) was a great mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was kind and had a heart of gold. I have many fond memories of her with my grandson, Cody W Marrochello, who adored her. She will surely be missed by all.

So sorry to hear of your loss. I have fond memories of your Mom, Grandmother, and a friend to many. I loved all the Christmas decorations that she made and many adorn my tree every Christmas. May her spirit soar! Love, Carol Symonds

Dear Carol, Drew, Matt & Family,
I'm so sorry for your loss. I always enjoyed Dot's company at graduations, weddings, showers, and other family get togethers. Hold onto all of the great memories with her and know you have a very special angel watching over you!

Carol and family: I do remember "Mrs. Gibson" well. Back in the Charlotte days when I'd spend the night with Carol, Mrs. Gibson always made me feel so welcome. She was a kind lady and a good cook as I recall! I saw her later in MA. She was just as kind and sweet. This will be a huge empty spot in your life, Carol, as you were the chief caregiver for many years. May the peace of God be with you as you navigate through this time. Love and hugs, Chris

Carol and family,
My deepest condolences are sent to you with this note for the loss of your mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister. I am so sorry the world has lost such an amazing lady. "Mrs. Gibson" has been a part of my life since Carol and I became friends in junior high school about 60 years ago! Through the years I have always admired her kindness, caring and concern for my family and mutual friends. Dorothy was one of the warmest and most caring people I have had the pleasure of knowing. I am sorry for the loss of such a valuable person in your lives. She will live on in my memories and thoughts. The loss of our mother is especially difficult. I know you will gradually find comfort in all the happy memories that you have.
My heartfelt sympathy,
Karen Richmond
