DOROTHY HIGGINS Obituary

HIGGINS, Dorothy E. "Dot" Age 102, longtime Concord resident, beloved community member and retired teacher, passed on November 16, 2021 after a rich and full life. Wife of the late J. Barry Higgins. Mother of Tricia Manley and her husband Chuck, and Mark Higgins and his wife Maribeth. Grandmother of Rachael Manley. Also survived by a host of nieces and nephews. Sister of the late Mary Long. Visiting Hours on Sunday, Nov. 28th from 3 to 6 pm in the Dee Funeral Home, 27 Bedford Street, CONCOED CENTER. Funeral Mass on Monday, Nov. 29th at 10 am in Holy Family Parish, Monument Square, Concord Center. Burial following at St. Bernard's Cemetery. At her family's request, attendees are asked to wear masks. Concord's Town Flag will fly at half-staff on Monday, Nov. 29th in honor of Dot being named Concord's Honored Citizen in 2007.
