You've made it to 10 years, 3,392 days. Where has the time gone. It feels as though just last night we got the call about you, speeding down 128, couldn't get there any faster. Upon arrival at the hospital, they told us. That's when my world exploded. You not here anymore. I keep wishing that I'm dreaming, no this is reality.

I can't believe you'd be 48 this week; being gone 10 years in July. I know the boys miss you so much. You'd be so proud of them. Your nieces are beautiful young ladies.

To Doug's Family-
My daughter, in 5th grade, had a tough day at school today & I told her how I remember that 4th grade at the Hood School was a tough one for me and I had only ONE friend who stuck by me: Doug Bugley.
I Googled his name and found out he had passed. Even though it's been 30+ years - please know that I will always think of Doug as the best friend I had during a tough time.

Doug, The Bruin's did it...won the Stanley Cup. Watching the victory parade in Boston, I know you would have been there, along "hopefully with the Boys". You were just 2 years old when they took it. I couldn't finish watching it knowing you weren't in that crowd [1.5 million people]. I love you more today than yesterday. MOM

Yesterday was your 40th birthday and you're not here to celebrate it. We will miss seeing you grow older, the gray hair, watching Tyler and Cameron graduate school...even college, Ty and Cami getting married, even grandchildren. You will miss so much. Growing up, Doug was always with my brother, Michael, and I was always with Kim. We were all so close. The four of us were always wanting to sleep in odd places like the shed or the porch or a tent... We just didn't want to be apart. I have lots of great memories of Doug and I am so sorry for the loss.

We are sadden to hear of the loss of Doug. Did not know him well, but certainly felt that he was a part of our neighborhood. Seeing him come over to visit Mike/Julie/Jess/Chet/Diane/Fred and always smiling and having fun. We will miss him. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends.

I was very shocked and deeply saddened to learn of Doug's passing. Both Cindy and my thoughts are with your family in this terrible time.
I remember a lot of laughs with Doug from when we were kids in school to aspiring musicians (our KISS concert was a howl) to when Doug was my personal "roadie" in my band.
Doug, your great sense of humor and your laugh will forever be missed but never forgotten.

Doug was a very good friend to my brother Joe (Cataldo). He went out of his way to help my brother to do work to help me. I only had the priveledge of meeting him a couple of times, but heard nothing but good things about him. My husband Carl thought very highly of him after working with him for so many years.

Im deeply sorry about the loss of doug, i know it hurts to loss a loved one. i didnt really know Doug, but from meeting him he seemed very nice and brought up well. He seemed like a happy person and loved my mom. My mom loved him dearly. His kids are adorable and can be shy but nice just like their dad. i was deeply sad and hurt when i found out Doug died. In a way it felt like i lost a part of my family. It hurt me also to see how badly my mom took the news. Doug would even go out of his way to come pick me up at school if i needed the ride. My sister took this badly too. She really liked Doug like family. He'd be the one to call if we ever got lost on the highway. Now when we get lost it just wont be the same. At least we know Doug is in a happier and safer place. We love and Miss you Doug. I give my best wishes to everyone who this has affected.

I am at a complete loss for words and feel so shocked and saddened to hear of Doug's passing. I didnt know Doug that well, but always considered him a friend. We recconnected a couple years ago through, of all places, myspace and saw him just recently and was glad to hear how happy he was with his girlfriend and was excited to be moving in with her and have more time with his boys. Tyler and Cameron were his life--his heart and soul-we mentioned getting together for drinks-- Kim and Michelle, I am so sorry for your loss, Doug always told me how close he was to you and how much his entire Family meant to him. Gloria, I am so sorry for you also and will be praying for you and your Boys. We havent seen eachother in a long time, but I am always hear for you and your friend. I remember being in your wedding and how happy you two were. Again, I am deeply saddened and Doug and all of you will be in my Prayers.

I was very sad to see of Doug's passing in the town paper today. Doug and I were friends from way back in junior high school. I remember the good times during those young carefree days esp. with our good friend Glen that passed on. I'm very sorry for your loss.
