My heart really ached to learn of of Duncan's passing. I worked with him at MassHealth in Taunton some years ago. He has been the kindest, most compassionate person to work for. That picture says it all ! Duncan and I worked together for many years in the vineyards of Human Services. He was a trusted colleague, effective manager, tireless advocate for the indigent and most importantly a great friend. My sincere condolences to Maureen and the MacEachern family on his passing. You were his proudest achievement as he often told me accompanied by a wallet full of pictures. Rest in Peace, Dunc. You will be missed, old friend. Jim and Marie Hall
