EDWARD GIBBONS Obituary

GIBBONS, Edward F. Jr. (Retired BPD) Age 92, passed away on April 21, 2021, after a brief illness. Beloved husband of Marilyn A. (Sweeney) Gibbons. Late longtime police officer, Boston Police Department.

Visitation, to which relatives and friends are most kindly invited to attend, will be held on Tuesday, April 27, 2021, from 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. in the McNamara-Sparrell Funeral Home, 1 Summer Street, COHASSET, MA.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated following the visitation on Tuesday, beginning at 10:30 a.m. in Saint Anthony of Padua Church, 2 Summer Street, Cohasset, MA.

Interment with U.S. Naval honors will be held privately in the Cudworth Cemetery on Cudworth Road in Scituate, MA.
