Dear Karen and kids,
I just heard about Eddie, and I'm so sorry I missed showing my respects. No one can ever know the difference he made in so many lives, and I will never forget him for what he did for my brother and my family. He was my brother's best friend, and of course we loved him too. He was a brother to him. And to me when Sean died. I will miss his sense of humor and dry wit, and I know he and Sean and the Vin-Man are all together again, goofing on each other.
It was an honor and comfort to know Eddie. I thank God for everyday he gifted my life with Ed's friendship. He worked so hard at everything.
Love, comfort and peace I pray for you. He leaves a void that can never be filled. Love, Peggy O'Toole xoxoxo

To everyone in the Hanrahan family and all of his friends: I'm so sorry to hear about Eddie's passing. He was a dear friend and I will always miss our times together, working on campaigns, talking politics, sharing coffee, etc. Love to Karen and the kids. I'm praying for all of you.
