TAMERA CHRISTENSEN
January 20, 2022
Who ever wrote this obituary wrote as if they knew (genuinely) and loved him (genuinely), which I deeply appreciate. I did not know that he was one of the 12 founders of Yale! He would wake up at 4:30am to have a healthy breakfast and go for a 4 mile run around the lake. He loved cross county skiing and sailing...yes! He would organize breakfast with his old friends. He would join in the Veterans Day parades. It never failed him to make old man dad jokes. He was stubborn, but giving in his time. There was not one man or woman that he would not help. He certainly did love to read, sail and talk about the Bible... and the war. The one thing that he loved the very most was his wife (my grandmother), Irene. Who ever you are that knew my grandfather so well and lovingly, you brought tears to my soul.
